The minutes from May can be downloaded from <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/north-uist-medical.co.uk\/ftpfiles\/Minutes - 28.05.13.doc\">here<\/a><\/span>. \u00a0Minutes from the most recent meeting will be available in due course. \u00a0We recently met with Carmen Morrison from the Scottish health council who gave us some useful insight into how health boards are meant to communicate service change to their users. \u00a0She also hopes to act as a liaison between different PPGs in the Western Isles.<\/p>\n<p>Our new newsletter is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.north-uist-medical.co.uk\/wordpress\/patient-information\/newsletters\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">here<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And I have updated the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.north-uist-medical.co.uk\/wordpress\/patient-information\/#NORTH%20UIST%20MEDICAL%20PRACTICE%20PATIENT%20PARTICIPATION%20GROUP%20(PPG)\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">practice info page<\/span><\/a> to reflect our new PPG member &#8211; Peggy McPhee.<\/p>\n<p>The Patient Participation Group now has its own facebook site &#8211; so feel free to join it at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/North-Uist-Medical-Practice-Patient-Participation-Group\/455452864568995\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/North-Uist-Medical-Practice-Patient-Participation-Group\/455452864568995<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Thanks for all the community support at the recent pharmacy meeting. \u00a0It was great to see a large, well informed crowd make its feelings clear.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The North Uist patient participation group has had two meetings in the last few months.
